If you place an order containing a custom item or pre-order and would like us to ship out the in-stock items first, we would be more than happy to do so! If the cost of your custom item(s) or in-stock item(s) alone no longer qualify for free shipping, you will be sent an invoice for the additional shipping charge. Generally, we suggest that our customers order custom items separate from in-stock items if they would like them to ship out separately. If you need to request to have your order separated, please contact us.
